... aus Island (via facebook) erhalten: "We've got shaking and quaking under [Vatnajökull glacier.]. One quake last night of 3.8 on Richter. Around 60 since last Tuesday. More volcanoes about to blow?"
... und vor einer Stunde, recht dramatisch: "... aaand a glacial surge (jökulhlaup) from Vatnajökull glacier [has begun.] It's when volcanic activity under the glacier melts the ice and the water collects in a caldera under the ice cap, until it all bursts out at once. That's your cue to drive like hell out of the way.
